candidate.fyi

Candidate.fyi, is a candidate engagement suite for recruiting team and applicants. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Content, Recruiting and Scheduling, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

candidate.fyi is based in New York, New York and around since 2022. You can read more at candidate.fyi.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with candidate.fyi, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
