meta4

One of the top three providers worldwide for HR software, with 1,300 clients in 100 countries. Visit us at http://www.meta4. That is the short version of meta4. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

meta4 is based in Las Rozas, Madrid. Their site is meta4.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
